Tickets

This year we have two full price tickets - the Early Bird (which is out now) and the general Full Price Ticket (which will be released in March).

Alongside this, for the very first time, we have the Payment Plan ticket - which allows you to split the cost of the ticket in to three! We have timed the payments to our NHS Bursary payments and we hope this will make the ball accessible to all.

Finally we have the Bursary ticket, details about how to apply for this will be out in March. Don't fret though, if you would like to apply for bursary ticket but also would be keen for the payment plan, our plan is that you will be able to purchase the payment plan ticket now and we will simply discount / cancel the last payment depending on the amount we are able reimburse via the bursary.

Plus One's are more than welcome! There is no difference in price for these tickets, and you are able to buy all ticket types for them. Though they will not be eligible for the bursary ticket. If you want to buy a payment plan ticket for them please complete a new google form for them when you purchase. (see more details re the payment plan ticket below and on the KCLSU event page)

All tickets will give you the full incredible grad ball experience including :

Tickets include:
- Cocktail and Mocktail pre-reception and whole year photograph at Guy's Campus
- Garden reception at the Terrace at the Honourable Artillery Company
- 3-Course gala dinner at the Prince Consort Rooms including Wine & Mocktail

- Access to all the wonderful things we have planned for the ball!
- The Afterparty!
And much, much more!

Bursary Ticket

The Bursary Ticket application will be available to any student in receipt of either Full NHS Bursary or have been in receipt of the KCL Hardship Fund at any point in Stage 3 Year 5. The amount we can subsidise tickets is entirely based on the amount of students who apply and pass the criteria. We are not supported in this by any faculty money or any other support, we are currently exploring all options in order to get the most amount of money we can in the pot to subsidise the bursary tickets with. For this reason, we will not be opening tickets until around late March. Once applications are open we will put out a message on all our socials, MSA Newsletter and the Weekly Programme Update.

If you would also like to opt for a payment plan ticket, don't worry you still can! We will simply reduce the third instalment as much as we can.

Once applications are open, please apply by clicking button below. As of October 2022 Applications are not yet open.
